The leading producer of post-trade solutions and sister to the world’s leading forex broker – ICAP – has announced the appointment of a Michael Verkuijl to the position of Executive Vice President, Global Head of Sales at Traiana.

Verkuijl will join the team from his previous role at Thomson Reuters as Global Head of Investment Banking Sales where he was responsible for managing some of the organisation’s largest enterprise relationships. In his new role he will take on the challenge of expanding Traiana’s sales relationships and global footprint across asset classes.

He will now report to the newly appointed CEO Andy Coyle when he takes over from Gil Mandelzis later this year. Completing the top level job shuffles at the interdealer forex broker and its sister companies, Mandelzis now heads up EBS (another ICAP-owned trading system) but will maintain his position as executive chairman of Traiana.
